We can LASER CUT and ENGRAVE a range of materials in-house, including plastics, wood and composites. Our 2-axis laser marking system cuts to a depth of 20mm, whereas engraving can be achieved to various depths and finishes.

It allows us to cut vacuum formed components to shape. In addition, our VACUUM FORMING processes allow us to create decorated PET and acrylic thermoformed panels up to 10mm thick. First we direct print the flat plastic sheet,

which is then heated and pressure formed to take on the shape of the tool. The formed component is then cut from the sheet using the laser cutter. Tooling is machined from solid aluminium billet for an exceptional finish and lifespan.
