The family-owned Brauhaus Leikeim has been brewing speciality Franconian beers for over 130 years. Founded by Johann Leikeim in 1887, five generations of the family have upheld his legacy, passion and values by continuing to "brew without compromise". Part of the brewery’s success stems from the importance it places on resource conservation, environmental friendliness and social commitment, which can be seen in its use of locally sourced raw materials and its support of local sports, cultural and social institutions.
